The relationship with DHL has enabled Gymshark to offer their customers a stellar worldwide delivery service which has been crucial in building customer relationships and helping worldwide expansion of Gymshark.

DHL has helped Gymshark to offer amazing delivery times to distant regions, improved efficiency in their operations and dispatch process and helped them to serve their U.S customers as if Gymshark had a U.S base.

In July 2015 when DHL partnership began Gymshark offered an Express delivery option for the first time. In October 2016 over 50 % Gymshark customers chose an Express service. Average Basket Value with an Express delivery service offered is now £70 compared to £41 with only a standard delivery service.
